1. Agreement to terms

By accessing this website or engaging Martech Media ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Our services

We provide performance marketing services including paid media, search, SEO, and email marketing. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.

3. Engagements & fees

  • Engagements have a minimum initial term of three (3) months, after which they continue month-to-month with 30 days' written notice.
  • Management fees are billed as agreed in your proposal and are separate from advertising spend, which is paid directly by you to the relevant platforms.
  • Quoted prices are indicative until confirmed in a signed proposal.

4. Account & data ownership

You retain ownership of all advertising and analytics accounts, campaigns, assets, and reports. We work within your accounts, and you keep full access to them during and after our engagement.

5. No guarantee of results

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or revenue. We commit to senior attention, transparency, and data-driven decisions throughout.

6. Intellectual property

Content on this website is owned by Martech Media unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without permission. Work produced for clients is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
